How to to make Cuban pork roast

Cumin and pork go together like rosemary and lamb. This is one of my favorite pork recipes. Of course it is super easy and super tasty. You can serve it with rice and beans or make Cubanos (Cuban pork sandwich). I like to make a large roast. Serve it for dinner with salad and use the leftovers to make sandwiches.ads
